The GBA's Major Bantam Boys -Tarcisse worked hard as Nick Westcott, Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Carleton University, put them through the paces in Session #1 of the Experts Express Program. The team is looking forward to continuing to work with Nick in the upcoming sessions!
